George thinks this buyer may be willing to pay 12M due to our delivery schedule being Dec 14th, 2009,,,Sikorsky can only promise an Oct, 2010 delivery of their Green helicopters. -George is unsure how serious this buyer is on purchasing a new or possible used helicopter from him. He mention to me if you wanted to do a quick deal, he would take a 150K commission since our profit would be considerably less than the Randy Learner deal.
