When I spoke to JP yesterday he did not yet have a schedule for Fancelli to complete the woodwork and travel to LSJ, I said the room was ready and waiting. The final woodworking work can be installed before or after the floor, it does not make a difference from a construction point of view, in fact, the flooring install could be postponed slightly if required by Fancelli schedule. The waxing and refinishing of the woodwork would take place after the woodworking is complete, by different artists, not the carpenters. This could be done before or after the flooring install.
