We're pulling additional capacity to the gym in anticipation of future services at the helipad, new house construction and library. The only number missing is an estimate from a Puerto Rico contact for consulting services in assisting to resolve and migrate single mode fiber issues on the island (life line for data and telecom) as well as airfare/lodging for NM phone consultant. I've attached the excel spreadsheet for review. I anticipate delivering a more thorough analysis to JEE Wednesday but wanted to get you a ballpark number for your meeting.
