On the sketch, the entire cross-hatched area is covered. The open breezeway entry area is centered on the pool and is at the same orientation as the existing kite house. I have shown the dashed outline of the existing kite house on the plan. Plan B is a 1900 sf house with another 2350 sf of covered porch area and is more of a "L" shaped plan.
