I have not seen what he filed but it would be OK to take no position on habeas for A/R reserving right to contend
that his testimony is inadmissible, irrelevant. Habeas is no more than a subpoena for someone in BOP custody
which I am assuming he is given that there was no discussion during his sentencing about self-report dates
(probably stemming from new arrest while on bail)
