There are some pitfalls in interpreting this type of data. It includes any publication with one author from Iran/Iraq. Some of publications may have only minor contributions from there. Some fields, like Math, Econ or Informatics, tend to be underrepresented because of the way how publishing works in these fields. A world-class mathematician might for example have problems to keep up with a mediocre clinician in terms of publication and citation counts. One can correct for such factors, but the optimal way depends on the objectives of the analysis. Let me know whether these data are useful to you.
