I said that it is incredible that you have designed plans , that have no relation to the land limitations, and views, ie. a house that faces the garbage dump. , I find it incredible that after every conversation that has been had since day one, the requirment was for your people to do the design on the island, and have places in shade and out of the wind.. that the designs have been done without even a site vist, by the firms you say you hired, that the terraces, were built directly into the wind, and that even in the last library rendition, no thought is given to either the wind or shade. I have been promised landscape plans, master plan, nursery plans, spa plans, spa details since last march, were never ever deliver„ i have asked in e mails at least 7 times.. Filar said then why didn't you end it there, I reiterated , I think jp is talented and hoped that he would get quality people with experience to help. AS you recall your spa plan, had the jacuszzi hanging into the theatre from the ceiling. I never said that was nothing done, I said it was a waste of my time and yours„ I have consistantly said and repeatedlast night that you are surrounded by incompetents.. Filar told me that she heard me upset in the house one time.. she did not know that it was as a result of having after many discussions, the plans upside down, and the measurments, wildly in error . stairs that went off a cliff, , roads that went up the side of a cliff etc. prepared by you staff.
