Jeffery,
here is the contract from Howard which list equipment on a standard S76D model, Price 12.1M
since they are installing a glass cockpit, they have eliminated the Universal FMS by using the Thales glass cockpit and
moving map system,
I see this price does include Floats and satellite phone as standard equipment.
I don't see where they get a 13.1M price for a S76D equipped like your current 76C++
only difference is the Phantom rear seat, Ipod / Bose headphones , and different light switch locations.
I think they make a great deal out of simple interior modifications and try to jack up the price after a customer agrees
to purchase a base line VIP helicopter. example 12 vdc outlets in passenger compartment,,which I see is standard on the
S76D, and the custom $89,000 silk carpet quote we had on the c++
It may be worth taking a slot on a D model at 12.1M and request the wrap around seats and Mercedes arm rest, for same
money...and additional year warranty to 3 years,,,and not request additional pilot training slots and just keep the two that are
included. value $27,000 per pilot.
thx,
Larry

Larry,
Please see attached, it is the draft S-76D contract in review, exhibit A defines the equipment specification. It is not inclusive of any
customized content in 750.
II follow up with a phone call to discuss.
Best regards,
Howard
