Like all real estate pro forms, he projects he makes lots of money. I told him I had no money to invest and you had no money to invest in real estate, but we wanted to help if we could. If you have friends that want to invest, I have three general suggestions: I. Get a good legal opinion that his present criminal charges could not negate the zoning and other approvals of the property in question. 2. Ask Gary to spend 2 days with him and on the property. 3.
