I have become good at what I do (I better have after 27 years!) and perform my job instinctually. I work well with others, including my staff, as I have learned that one "gets more with honey than with vinegar", although I believe in accountability and lead by example, expecting quality performance from my employees . My personality is up-beat and positive and I perform my duties with zest, which reflects onto my team. Customer satisfaction is imperative and a customer can be the general public or a property owner. I want my concepts and talent to reflect the joy and colorfulness of life outdoors, while tantalizing one with exceptional three-dimensional living art. Large specimen plantings, along with water and fire features, low voltage lighting, garden structures and intricate stone work, are important entities in my creations.
