Subject: Panel from France
Date: Mon, 21 Jun 2010 21:56:27 +0000
Dear Mr. Epstein,
This is Sally again, Robert's assistant. As you know, Robert had surgery on Thursday and hasn't been reading his
emails. I've been looking through them in his absence and I apologize for missing yours.
I spoke to Robert briefly today (he is resting at home in the country), and he asked me to tell you that he
absolutely doesn't want you to feel neglected. He simply hasn't been talking much to anyone on the phone since
his surgery, but when he returns to the city (possibly by the end of this week) he'll be catching up on much of his
missed correspondence.
I asked Abram about the panel situation. He spoke to
this morning, but in case she hasn't updated you:
the panel you received was not to have any changes to it, as it was the original and was to be unaltered. The
sample panel from France is being sent out today, and this panel reflects the changes that Robert has discussed
with you.
Hopefully this helps clarify, and please accept our apologies again for the lack of communication from Robert.
Under doctor's orders he's not permitted to deal with business during his recovery.
Sincerely,
Sally Ann

i hope you are feeling better. I am disappointed about the outcome of our relationship.. You have left me in a strange
position , the panel that we waited three weeks for was retumed un changed.. I have asked that we speak, but have yet
to have a return phone call from you , I am surprised.
