Hi Mr. Epstein To keep cost down on mechanics wor
a requires at least 2 men at 71 st street, and not
bringing in outside contractors to do this work ,I requested an engineers helper to assist me on Cleaning
Painting Pressure washing the Cooling Tower system, Dismantling of All fan Systems AC-1 to AC-15
,cleaning steam coils , chilled water coils all reheat zone systems and assisting me on high pressure steam
repairs and cleaning up and painting all mechanical areas, as i discussed with you i would bring in a helper for
$150.00 per day for 3 days per week for about 8 weeks which = 24 days X $150.00 per day = $3.600.00 for
this project @ $150.00 petty cash for my helper per day. The normal Hourly Rate for outside contractors labor
are $160.00 for the 1st Hr & $124.00 per hr after = $1028.00 per day per man for labor for same 24 days =
$24.672.00 . Please send approval to the accounting department for this project that we discussed Thanks
Richard
