As discussed, attached breakdown of expenditure & photos of areas for possible development.
Purpose of :
Wash Pad - is to eliminate the problem of mud & oil residue getting into the septic system at Ranch Central, hence this area
would be used to pre wash all Ranch vehicles & equipment. As of date we are using the mechanical workshops as our wash
bay.
Pole Barn - will give us the ability to service our larger machinery & equipoment, in an enclosed environment year round.
