I would like to recommend before we replace the fences that minor irrigation adjustments & refurbishment of the grassed yards be completed. Plan is to reseed in a more drought tolerant grass & level yards to cut down on wear & tear on the lawn mowers. Irrigation at present is peeling paint off the fences, therefore the is a need to adjust. This would done in three phases: 1: Adobe, Bunkhouse, Office area this Spring 2:Yellow House, Red House area in the Fall 3: Painting of fences would be in the Spring of 2010, this would allow enough time for the cedar pickets to season. Please note all costs are for material only, labor would be in House Can we proceed?
