Attached is the budget for the Generator installation received from Doug
Please note the following -
1: General Contractor is Worth Builders
2: Does not include
(a) $10,000 for change over to single phase AC Unit
(b) Meter change by Gas Company
(c) Time & Material Budget - cost plus 10% to 1%
I wish to have a final review with the Generator Company while in PBI next week, to insure this proposal meets PBI building
code. I would expect to have a firm budget proposal by the time I return from LSJ
