Please find attached Draft Budget for the Master Suite.
Notes:
1. Demolition will include what is almost a ful gut job.

all the columns
the existing floor in the bedroom section.
2. The finishes need to be honed down and represent a large unknown.
3. The cost is around $600 per square foot for a total of 1,372,690
