Number 3, the one currently for sale, is actually much nicer and more elaborate in terms of interior design and finishes. It is the best house I have seen in London. One of the advantages is of course that the house has just been build 3 years ago which makes it a very solid build. Unfortunately the owner is under no circumstances willed to let us take pictures. However, I can arrange for you to go inside and take some secretly when no one is looking. I have spoken to the owner directly now and he told me he would accept £80m.
