Please find attached the following documentation for your review and completion in order to confirm this trip: 1) Safari Itinerary 2) Pre Departure Information: Detailed information about travel documents and immunization, a packing list and photography information. 3) Visas: It is necessary to obtain a Kenya Visa prior to arrival and I would be more than happy to assist with the process. I have attached the visa application and each of you will need to return the application along with your passports and two 2x2 passport photos (each). Visa processing runs $70 per person, regular 2 week service; $100 per person for expedited service. We can wait until 2 or 3 months prior to your departure to start this process. Please keep in mind that your passports must have at least 2 blank visa pages and be valid for at least 6 months after your scheduled return from Kenya. 4) Insurance Coverage: Rates are based on total trip cost and travelers age as outlined on the chart. I have based the premiums on the Classic Coverage which will protect you for the full amount. In order to process an insurance policy, I will need you to return the Personal Information Form (attached). Pre-existing conditions are covered only if the policy is purchased within 14-days of deposit which is why it is important that I collect your booking documentation as soon as possible.
