Planning to spend most of summer in La Jolla at the cottage I bought adjacent to the modem house under construction. You know, I basically took my nest egg and decided to put it into these coastal properties in LJ. The modem house is going to be pretty cool. I think I told you that Moishe Safdie's daughter, Taal is our architect. She's been great - lives in San Diego - about 45 yrs old. Well, I'm pushing 60. As you ALWAYS remember, I will be fifty fuckin nine in a couple of weeks. Great, but happy to be doing ok, health-wise. I've been going to ny with some regularity - Philly's living there now working. I will be going to Santa Fe for an intl art fair on July 16 - 18 (fri - sun) - just a weeknd trip to escpe the dallas heat. Would the guest house of the ranch be avaialbe? It will probably be just me solo, or maybe Janet as well, not sure yet. Thanks and let me know next steps if its available. Also Jeff, do not worry about amenties, staff, service etc. If the ranch is shorthanded, its no problem, as I know that Brice is no longer out there. I'm low maintenance. Thanks and let me know.
