File: 8577R On Friday, July 10, 2009, investigator Kevin Black traveled to Orlando in search of a residence where lived while employed at the during the summer of 2008. The office person told me he did not have access to former resident names but neither name sounded familiar to him. A third and allegedly current address listed by is Investigator Black checked on this address and found it at , a 300 unit gated condo complex. Representatives for the property manager, Maureen Leyva of The Continental Group, Inc., were in the office and advised that all units are privately owned and said some owners do rent their units. When asked if they could check a resident name to confirm residency, one of the reps firmly said she would not. Black did not persist and did not identify himself since neither name nor name was mentioned. The property manager representative believed Black to be interested in becoming a tenant. Investigator Black then traveled to the and found that the business was closed and vacant. Conversations with employees at neighboring businesses confirmed that The and closed sometime in the spring of 2009 due to extremely slow customer traffic and loss of operating revenue. Research indicates that the had been closed down previously until the spring of 2008. The founder of Church Street Station, Bob Snow, is believed to have purchased the from the Cameron Kuhn.
