Mulhearn, went to the residence of and in-law. is the sister of and is brother- answered the door and Black verbally identified himself and Mulhearn as private investigators. Black also displayed his state issued private investigator's license and gave his business card. He announced that he would like to speak with her about said she would have to call first. then quickly expressed surprise that Black was able to find her address because her husband had blocked the information because of her husband's employment. Black explained that the information is available via public records and apparently the "block" was not effective. then said she would go inside and call as well wake her husband. Black and Mulhearn waited several minutes on the front porch and returned with who initiated the conversation asking how Black got his residential address since he had it blocked with the Property Appraiser's office. Black explained the info was available via the Clerk of Court's Office. (Note: A firefighter decal was on the back of a minivan in the driveway.) Black offered to briefly tell them about the civil matter and became adamant that she did not want to hear anything further from Black. She abruptly led her husband into the house and ended the conversation by closing the door. Black and Mulhearn left at approximately 2:49 pm.
