Who and what is affidavit? Are you perhaps, referring to the sworn affidavit that "Christot sent in his defense of Al some years back in the McIver case, in which he refers to this professor Kosslyn? Otherwise, I am confused. From what I am now understanding, from a letter sent by Kosslyn, he now does remember AI communicating with his lab, while he (Al) was in Christofs lab, about a particular brain patient Al was then passed on to a graduate student of his, and they started discussing the patient with the goal of writing up a paper about it. Al posted what he was working on in this regard on his own Caltech web page, which was standard practice at the time. McIver saw this posting, and then wrote blasting emails to Kosslyn about Al, and the whole project was stopped. It was not mitten/posted erroneously at the time, but now it is obviously out of date, as well as many things on that still cached page. Al has not referred to this work again. It is not on his own website at www.illusionworks.org. I do know that it appears on a mis-appropriated page of Al's work by someone unknown in Germany, who took over Al's domain name of illusionworks.com and repeated some of Al's stuff there, added all sorts of other things, which Al has nothing to do with, and Al has been trying in vain for many months now, for them to remove the site, but can not get them too, as they took over the domain when it inadvertently got dropped for a few days earlier this year. In any case, I do know that Al and Kosslyn have been in contact, and the case is dosed amicably between them.
