I was urging her to stop and wait until I am back (today) to talk through it. I urged her not to do it - I urged her NOT to quit not because I think that this is good for her long term. She is quitting as some people wants to get rid of her -which for me is not a reason to quit. When this happens to me, I usually get rid of those people first and then think what should I do next ;) She told me that she already scheduled a mtg with HR. I am in Seattle for next 3 days and will insisit to meet her. Will keep you posted.
