In Fort Lauderdale this week, however, Leyritz, 46, is nothing more than just another accused. He allegedly killed a 30-year-old woman in a 2007 car crash in which he was found to have twice the legal blood alcohol limit. He is facing 15 years in prison if convicted of DUI manslaughter.
