Its a private island in carribean w 160m in infrastructure done including private airport that G5's and Globals can use...customs clearing onsite, many homes built and lots sold but lots of good areas left, permits for marina that can accommodate yachts, clubhouse built, etc. Significant familes already own homes, land and memberships. The Eastern Carribean Bank is screwed and needs an out...could be bought out for a fraction of cost. Excellent developers and operators that I know very well. Worth a look for right person.
