In my entire career I have never seen a professional submit a doctor's note with an excuse not to come to work. I
am very concerned about her work ethic, attitude, behavior and lack of trust that Bella, Harry, Darren and myself
have in dealing with her. She started September 27th and has had more health occurrences (3) than any
employee in your organization . I believe that she is a hypochondriac and looks for opportunities to leave the
workplace rather than produce work product:
a) First incident was in St Thomas when she was in Sugar Bay hotel and told me she
and ended up in
Red Hook Medical facility. She told me she could not stay in hotel because of"M and then tells Daphne that
hotel had no hot water and she could not stay there.
b) Two weeks ago on a Friday she tells me that she was
and must
go home. I was in DKI office and when I returned I asked Bella if she heard her
She said that there
was no
since for better or worse we hear everything that takes place in the bathroom as we sit right

outside the door. So I told her to go home and feel better. She fumbled around for 10 minutes then changes her
clothes from work attire to jeans to walk home to 86th street. Very weird.
c) Yesterday morning I see her and she is fine. Twenty minutes later she tells Bella and I she has
and must go to emergency room. I told her to feel better and let us know what happens. I see her at her
desk 35 minutes later stuffing her face with breakfast as she could not leave here without a good feeding.
She continues to be caught in lies:
a) PB Flex Phone system with Darren and I
b) AT&T phones with Bella
c) First Trip to St Thomas was cancelled so she decides to go home for the day and not work when it was
10:00am until Lesley called and asked if she was coming to work
d) Emergency room visit vs. doctor 2 blocks from her house.
Her first rendition of the shared documents assignment for Darren was terrible. Darren then gave her
instructions that projects must be well thought out and her second round was prepared much better. Regardless
of that one project I am very uncomfortable with her in our organization and with your permission I would like
to let her go.
I have lined up Murphy to lock down our system and support us until we find a replacement. For Murphy's time
I think we should pay his monthly COBRA which is $505 per month until we find her replacement.
Please advise.
