Ghislaine,
We have received the patentability investigation search results and initially it looks favorable, particlularly embodiments related to
elliptical roller type features and positioning of other elements related to this roller. We will get you our full report by the end of the week.
Can we schedule a conference call for Monday to discuss authorizations and issues in moving forward with the non-provisional patent
application prior to the Novermber 15, 2010 deadline? I have copied my legal assistant, Carol Mathis, on this to help us coordinate
calendars/time on Monday if that works for you. Thoughts?

Yes I am free then. Can we make it for 1pm NY time? Does that work? Also do I need to officially to retain you prior?
Thanks

Ghislaine - The head of our IP Practice, Jeff Whittle, copied here, is available tomorrow for a video conference to discuss the patent issue
at any time between 1130 and 230 tomorrow. Can you make it during that window?
