Mike has not responded to my lawsuit. I think he may just default. The mortgagae co. that held the note on his bank building bought it back at foreclsoure auction for $450,000.00 and got a judgment for $2,238,986.00. Stonegate Bank got a judgment for $243,112.71 and still has a lien against the property in Citrus Co. (the one in which I was supposed to be an owner). Belinda, the disabled girl from AA got a default judgment against him for her $30,000.00 and has been pitching a fit with PBSO and Florida Investment Fraud office. Mike has several other judgments as well, and his wife is named in most of them. His personal home is in foreclosure. He was ordered to file a complete financial statement with the court withing 45 days in the Stonegate lawsuit (signed 25 Aug 2010), so I will grab that document when it is filed. My understanding is the sheriffs deputy investigating the case is trying to get enough victims together to arrest him on organized scheme to defraud. Trent filed a 2nd request for the bank to produce the Hardman Delevoplment account records and the court ordered the records produced. Nothing yet. On a brighter note, my back is 95% better. Am still being careful and doing the pool things (works!) but need to start being morea active because I feel like crap. I know, I'll start slow. Take care of yourself.
