has just spoken to Ghislaine in reference to this.
Lodge can be used, food would be set up in the Lodge, basic prep froni
can make cookies etc.
The 3 crew would be working with riding - 3 horses, whatever they want to do can be set up. Just need time of
arrival to arrange pickup etc
