The first two are watercolor and the third is a 3D digital rendering. The watercolors were done for the redo of the Lowell Hotel and the digital rendering is of a bedroom at Hard Rock Hotel. These are examples of the two rendering methods we could provide for the guest bedroom rendering. There are pros and cons to each method; one pro to digital 3 D renderings is that they can be revised fairly easily where as watercolors are permanent.
