This email is to service as reassurance to your client that I am proceeding with the purchase of the above reference helicopter independent of any other possible situations that may have arose not pertinent to our deal. Further, Regarding the purchase of the S76C++ serial number 760750, the following is the anticipated out line of events; As discussed the contract is out with my legal representative and should be back from review the first part of the week of September 27, 2010. I do not have 100% control over my legal representative's time and I am at their discretion regarding exact time frames for the completion of the contract review. That being said I would anticipate that I will have the green light to proceed shortly. In considerations of the situation, I would not be apposed to placing $200,000 in escrow prior to the completion of the contact review if you feel that would put your client more at ease. I would anticipate that the pre purchase inspection would take place the week of October 4, 2010 at a location to be determined in Florida.
