I've recently been asked to be a partner in a new fund that Michael Parekh (former top internet guru at Goldman) is founding and that Bank Greenberg is seeding. They are all over me but I didn't want to be involved unless I brought the money in (therefore had good control). They also want to bolt on my advisory business.
