From: David Stern < 1=1==> To: Jeffrey Epstein <[email protected]> Subject: Date: Thu, 26 Aug 2010 14:38:07 +0000 I know the Bonnier family from Sweden quite well. Worth to pursue this? "Swedish private equity firm Ratos is reportedly looking to sell portfolio company Bisnode, a business information firm. The firm has called in JP Morgan to manage the sale of the Stockholm-based company, which provides credit-checking services in 10 European countries under the name Bradstreet. Bisnode is 70 per cent owned by Ratos and 30 per cent by Swedish family-owned organisation the Bonnier Group. Ratos, which acquired Bisnode in 2005, had been seeking to list the company three years ago, but abandoned flotation plans in October 2007, citing market volatility. Bisnode reported an operating profit of SEK593m (€62.9m), compared to SEK533m (€56.7m) in 2008." 26 Aug 2010. Source: AltAssets EFTA00758199
