Subject: St John Villa
Cecile, As I explained even now in the off season it is difficult getting 6-8 weeks in a villa on St.
John. Many of the larger villas are shut down due to the storm season. It is difficult for a property
manager to secure several villas with a storm threat. And then the ones that do accept
reservations have some spotty rentals, a week here and there in September and October so
difficult to get 6-8 weeks together in one place.
Here is a great villa on St. John. It was actually on the very short list when we were looking in

Slight issue is that the availability is from now only until October 6. We have captured a special
rate based upon a minimum 4 weeks rental at $6500/week for 1-2 people. Of course, the rate will
be adjusted for more people but I thought initially just to lock in a rate for 1-2 people. (The rack
rate for a max of 10 people is $11,000/week). It is 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths and just beautiful.
Rate is plus 8% hotel tax and a refundable $1,000 damage deposit. All utilities included.
