Good Morning,
Please forgive me for not responding earlier, I was away from my phone and computer all day yesterday.
Im glad the pictures were helpful.
As far as prices, I was told by Sr. Blanco, the farm manager that the
Coconut trees were $200.00 each.
I asked about discounts for bulk purchases, and he said he thinks that would be the case, but the head of the
Sales Dept. Ingrid Rivas would be able to send me an email with a scale I.e. 1-10 this price 10-20 this price and
so forth. I'm expecting that email this week, she was away from the office for business so we did not get a chance
To speak, but I was assured that she would be contacting me via email upon her return to the office.
As far as shipping concerns Sr. Blanco told me they have all the equipment needed to transplant and load the
trees, we can either pay a small fee for Them to transport the trees to San Juan, or outsource a flatbed truck of
our own. As far as shipping the only other concern is FITO certification, which is a pesticide application
mandated by the Department of Agriculture, however Sr. Blanco told me he was going to look into weather or
not we need that to ship to the VI. I expect to hear from him early this week.
As far as irrigation is concearned, they have them on a drip system, but that is up to us if we want to go that far
or not. Once we transplant them properly, and make sure they are totally "watered in" we should be fine.
The same goes for the Ornamentals, Jose Pablo Ortiz told me to email him or call to get quotes for any
ornamentals, and discounts are awarded for Bulk orders.
I hope this answers any questions regarding the photos,
Agln please forgive me for not seeing the message sooner.
All The Best,
Igala Joseph
