According to meeting minutes Miller and Doug were negoiating,but no documents ,Bill was not included in any meetings at this point but was copied with minutes of some meetings 3.Jeffrey asked me to review Maguire costs. 4.1 assume you have copies of contracts and work orders that Doug and Charles executed .none are in Monique's files.
