Instead, I wait until there is a substantial amount owed and submit a bill at that point. As of your payment on September 24, the balance for each account was zero. I submitted invoices on November 2 for $25,876.07 for Mr. Epstein and $2505 for IMM. These invoices were not paid. I resubmitted them on December 1, along with new invoices for $2621.85 for Mr. Epstein and $300 for . I don't know why you never got the December 1 invoice for Mr. Epstein. On January 20, 2010, after numerous requests to Darren, and only after I went to Mr. Epstein personally, I finally received a partial payment of $20,000, which I a plied to Mr. Epstein's balance. That left a balance of $8497.92 for Mr. Epstein and $2805 for . The current invoices cover the period from December 1 to March 1.
