Mark Poland and Jeff Pino are aware of what has happened in the past with this delivery schedule and what Chris has given us. Chris said Sikorsky has met all of our request for closing including the additional 20K discounts, and cannot understand why we are not dosing, they are very upset (actually the word he used was Pissed) according to Chris, he said this has to close tomorrow moming,.(his words) as always Chris was very cordial but wanted me to know Sikorsky's stance before this goes to its legal department. Reenstra has not been paid his commission according to Chris also... Sikorsky is well aware of your dissatisfaction with the first S76B and S76C++ that you owned and wanted this one to be right. please advise how you would like to proceed?
