The neck cushions are being made. The 175k is agreed for AAG credit and I believe a 10% discount on AAG services ( I have not seen the agreement but these were the provisions we agreed to ) As Jeffery and I discussed Chris was not authorized to offer anything else, he has gotten himself into hot water over this delivery because of missed dates and unauthorized promises. ( off the record he gave a lot of extras) Perhaps I can get them to deliver it to Fla after closing or if you prefer keep it at Keystone. You have a right to be upset for the delays but as tarry knows you have had a tremendous amount of extras installed for NO charge....the WI Fl alone was 275K and correct me if I am wrong but it was a No Charge item.
