The main changes are the Kitchen to Master Bedroom stair, the private driveway, and leaving the existing main house courtyard landscaping as is. I have also shown another Boat Dock Entry design that is a more simple and symmetrical solution. I envision the paving to be done in the same natural rustic stone like the private drive. Thoughts?
