As per DS, because of possible flooring shipping delays, the flooring installation schedule may conflict with Fancelli installation. DS to speak with Darren to confirm that an amendment to the contract is indeed possible. DS to keep JPMS informed of decisions. 5. JPMS is coordinating shipping for all loose items (furniture pieces, etc.) for an early December arrival at the St. Thomas airport. The sisal carpet is scheduled to arrive at the port of St. Thomas on December 15t. The desk, desk chair, globes, 4 club chairs, coffee table and window seat cushion are being shipped by air and will arrive at the St Thomas airport no later than December 15th. 6. JPMS to confirm air transport of items will arrive in St. Thomas airport, not Miami airport. 7. DS will schedule and organize transport of shipped items from St. Thomas airport to Little St. James. 8. DS noted that there are 4 air conditioned containers on Little St. James for storing all shipped items. DS to coordinate storage once shipped items arrive to Little St. James. 9. JPMS noted that leather for the shutters and additional hardware has yet to be paid for and is awaiting payment. 10. JPMS noted that the full ceiling design has been sent to Mr. Epstein for review and confirmation and are awaiting approval. The center panel design of the ceiling is complete on canvas only.
