Hard Rock was a series of projects within one large overview which is why I liken it to LSG...I would organize and set up your program the same way Overall plan with sub projects and a set per the one I am sending per structure... Included is the spa set which was part of the complex...we were responsible for all these spaces 1200 rooms 8 town houses..14 special suites....20 other areas...bars,lounges,spa,retail etc I also sent you the Lowell hotel which shows very rich detailing Avalon ...this project was also very detailed and a boat project we did for an english client All these projects have another common thread..all clients were away from NY and all projects were other parts of the country with us dealing with client and construction management, owners reps.
