We are limited by the overall site pad area but I think everything will fit with the 75' pool. Plan A is a 2,000 sf house with another 4500 sf of covered porch area. On the sketch, the entire cross-hatched area is covered. The open breezeway entry area is centered on the pool and is at the same orientation as the existing kite house. I have shown the dashed outline of the existing kite house on the plan. Plan B is a 1900 sf house with another 2350 sf of covered porch area and is more of a "L" shaped plan. Again, the cross-hatched area is all covered and cantilevered. Both plans have a covered ATV carport at the entry.
