There was an error in the Term Sheet and LLC Agreement previously distributed as to how any Restructuring Fees received
from Centerline would be split between Island and the Company. The attached Temi Sheet (marked and clean) corrects the
error. A revised LLC Agreement with the conforming change will be circulated shortly.
