Dear Dave,
Mr Epstein would like a wood step/bench installed on the lower portion of the dock, opposite the door of the
cabana. The height should split the difference from the top of the seawall and the dock deck level. The length
should be 8 feet, the width should be approx. 16 inches, (4 pieces of 2x4), the riser should also be 2x4. The
step/bench will be painted. Please call Januez at 561.818.8361 to schedule access to the property. Thank you,
