Also please see Randy's comments below When we dropped off The Pots for the boss on Friday I noticed the grass behind the house really thin and in certain spots dead. I think the original grass laid in there was St Augustine/Floritam. That variety hates the shade and it loves food. I also noticed intrusion by other shade loving weed in the grass. Mr. Epstein said he was very happy with the area so unless he wants to deal with the dead grass we will leave it alone. Also, it is struggling because the height it is being maintained at 1-2inches where its ideal height is around 4 inches.
