I have obtained personal loans from long-time friends to put the company on a life support system for six months to a year. The market for second homes, both in South Padre and Barbados, is understandably slow since the purchase of a second home is a discretionary decision, however, things are looking slightly better than when I last saw you. The government in St. Lucia has agreed to fund US$10 million, which we believe will induce the Bank of Nova Scotia to fully fund our project there. In St. Kitts we had news this morning that the government there has selected us as the planner/developer for the large acreage they own on the west coast of that island. So things are still uncertain, but slightly better. Jeffrey, I am honored by our friendship and I am determined to always be there if I can be of any help, but to never let my problems become your problems. Therefore, when things get better, as they always do if you survive, I will come see you, because I am anxious to know how things are going in your world.
