Surveillance Camera System Epstein Residence 358 El Brillo Way Palm Beach, FL REV July 22, 2009 Objective: Provide a camera system consisting of two day/night IR bullet cameras that view the garage/staff parking area, front parking, and people arriving at the front door. Pinhole cameras will be provided in the call boxes for the front door. Pinhole cameras will be provided in the front and main gate call boxes. One bullet camera mounted on an extension arm will be provided for looking at the dock. We've included an option for a few additional cameras, including one observing the pool, one observing the East side of the home. The cameras will automatically be recorded by the customer provided digital video recorder. With the proper password, the cameras may be accessed from any computer with internet access. NOTE: A portion of this work will be billed at an hourly rate. This includes the wiring of the bullet cameras at the garage/staff, front parking, and dock camera. GARAGE/ STAFF PARKING One high resolution day/night, color, IR bullet camera will be provided for viewing the staff parking area. It will be mounted on the eave near the South East corner of the house. We will attempt to use a spare phone cable in the attic. FRONT DOOR The existing call box will be replaced with a three gang box that can house the existing door phone, and a new pinhole camera. The existing door phone wires will be utilized. The service door call box is not included. It will be mounted on an extension arm, to get it in the proper position to look down the full length of the dock. Mounting of the arm, and the camera install is included. Wiring from the Exercise Room is not included. We will be taking an existing wire from the Exercise Room. A 22" lcd tv will be provided for the security guard to monitor the cameras. It will display all of the camera views at the same time. If he wants to be able to control the camera views additional hardware would be required. You can select individual camera views through the computer interface. The monitor will need to located somewhere in the home where there is a spare wire. We assume the DVR is in good working condition. It will be installed in the existing rack in the service closet. Payment & Contract Terms: 90% of System Total is due upon acceptance of proposal, 10% upon completion to customer satisfaction.
