I have enclosed a list of parking and skybridge cards that need to be returned to the Management Office (Suite 105) upon your move out. For each card that is not returned there will be a charge of $17.20 including tax. Also, please upon your move out date please return all keys to Suite 1404 and the mail box key for Suite 1404.
