The Fancelli proposal includes work which is part of the basic work such as the trim out to the windows and doors, the windows and doors are the size specified by Molyneux studio and are installed in the correct location, also the entry condition which must be corrected is part of the basic work, the exterior door size was specified by JPM. The proposal did not include adding a small piece of wood to the cornice to conceal the air grilles, this condition was mocked up in the field and discussed with JP. Please review and resend the information.
